Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms
By creating an account or using QuoteSpindle (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These terms apply to all users, including free trial users and paying subscribers.
2. Description of Service
QuoteSpindle is a software-as-a-service platform that uses artificial intelligence to help machine shops and job shops generate quotes from plain English job descriptions. The Service is provided on a subscription basis.
3. Accounts
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately at chrispoole03@gmail.com if you suspect unauthorized access.
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By creating an account, you represent that you meet this requirement.
4. Subscription and Payment
QuoteSpindle is offered on a paid subscription basis. Pricing is displayed at the time of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. All fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice. Continued use of the Service after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.
5. AI-Generated Content
The quotes and estimates generated by QuoteSpindle are produced by artificial intelligence and are provided for informational purposes only. They are not guaranteed to be accurate, complete, or suitable for any specific project. You are solely responsible for reviewing, verifying, and approving any quote before presenting it to a customer or using it for business decisions.
QuoteSpindle makes no warranty that AI-generated estimates reflect actual market rates, material costs, or labor requirements for your specific situation.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Attempt to reverse engineer or extract the underlying AI models
- Resell or sublicense access to the Service without written permission
- Upload malicious code or attempt to interfere with the Service
- Use the Service for any purpose other than legitimate business quoting activities
7. Your Data
You retain ownership of all data you submit to the Service, including job descriptions, customer information, and quote data. By using the Service, you grant QuoteSpindle a limited license to process and store your data solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

8. Intellectual Property
QuoteSpindle and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by QuoteSpindle and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the Service without express written permission.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, QuoteSpindle shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service. Our total liability to you for any claims shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim.
11. Termination
You may cancel your account at any time. We may terminate or suspend your account immediately if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases and we may delete your data after a reasonable period.
12. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by email or by posting a notice in the Service. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
